He once fronted a heavy metal band. He has vowed to avoid an English-language crossover to honor his native tongue. He's won a ton of Latin Grammys. He's sold millions of records. And boy is he sexy.
So what's the sexiest thing about Juanes? It's the music, right? His talent? His humble personality? His beautiful face? We heard a lot of good answers, but on the whole, Juanes fans admit to checking out one part of him more than any other.

What happens when two rock icons team up to play their first show together at Madison Square Garden in nearly 40 years? Fans come from all over and can't wait for the big night to begin.
We took the Fan Cam out to meet the Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood faithful (from New York, New Jersey, Kansas, Wisconsin, Brazil ...) who took over MSG on Monday night for the first of the former Blind Faith bandmates' three shows — only three, and only in NYC.
Were you there? Heading to tonight's show? Tell us all about it!
We didn't stay for the show because we spent another lovely evening with the fans, their cowboy hats and those adorable girls who came all the way from LSU — Is there anything cuter than southern girls in cowboy hats?
But The Monitor thinks the biggest stars who came out to enjoy the concert must have been the fans, who battled for the title of Brown's most loyal supporter — and showed us just how ready they were to have an unforgettable night.
Check out the Fan Cam to meet the seasoned Ozzy veterans and the first-timers who came out for the big show — and prepare to be rocked. Yeeeaaaaaooooooowwww!
Z100's annual Jingle Ball holiday blowout hit the stage on Friday night, filling Madison Square Garden with a lineup of 2007's biggest stars (including Alicia Keys, Fall Out Boy and Boys Like Girls) plus thousands of New York area fans who love them — and aren't afraid to shout it.
Check out the Jingle Ball Fan Cam and scream along with the lucky concertgoers on their way into the show right here.
Go behind the scenes at Jingle Ball and find out what it takes to put on the big show:
Plus watch "MSG, NY" 's report from the pre-show Jingle Ball Access Lounge event at the Hammerstein Ballroom, and get an up-close look at the Jonas Brothers, Backstreet Boys, Colbie Caillat and more.
Head to Z100.com to see photos from The Garden stage and the Access Lounge, and check back here on Monday for backstage photos from the big night!

But before I get to the set list and last night's ritual Fan Cam Attack, the battle of the who's hot-or-not continues over with our good friends at AOL and their Completely Unofficial Top 11 Unsexiest Men list. While everyone at the Garden last night and maybe some of us over here seem to think differently about Pete Wentz making the list (at least not every day), The Cooler has stirred up quite the storm. Still have something to say about Pete's place on list? Go ahead and spill it — We're listening!
Speaking of storms, the winners from the FOB Luxury Sweepstakes that had been going on showed up in full force at the Garden last night. The girl behind the posse was Felicia Leonardi and the posse behind the storm of nuttiness was from Brooklyn.
I know we always spend such a lovely time with all the fans, but The Fan Cam spent life in a lil' bit of luxury last night. Hold on ... tight.
Another scored setlist. Here's the rundown:
"Sugar We're Goin' Down"
"Our Lawyer Made Us Change The Name Of This Song..."
David Lee Roth reuniting with Van Halen and playing The Garden is kind of a huge deal, so it's no wonder that fans — first timers, seasoned veterans, ladies hot for Eddie and even one fan amped to see new kid Wolfgang — came out ready to rock at last night's show.
Check out our VH pre-show Fan Cam and meet the die hards pumped up for the concert, including one dude with a song in his heart ... and a new spin on the lyrics to "Panama."
Another lucky concertgoer scored Eddie Van Halen's setlist (seriously!). Here's the rundown:
Check out this fan review: "Me & the boys took a quick trip to Flashdancers to get in the mood for Diamond Dave & Eddie 'V' (great call) & as we left The Garden last night, one of my buddies said, 'I feel like I was part of history' ... THEY WERE FREAKIN AMAZING!!! The show was sooo great on sooo many levels, the competition between Dave & Eddie is gone, Alex still jams & Wolfgang is gonna be a pimp when his time comes. Could be the best show I have ever seen, and I was 3rd row center at Pearl Jam last August @ Continental Arena." - Russell from Forest Hills, NY
So I was asked to hit the red carpet at Cirque du Soleil, Wintuk last Wednesday night and ran into Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden, "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" star Chris Meloni and John Ventimiglia of "The Sopranos," all out to see the holiday show.
They all may have made the first cut from the edit room, but here are some of my favorite NY celebs that made the evening just so, um, additionally interesting. I give you the online experience of Val Kilmer, LeeLee Sobieski, Mario Cantone and the lovely Blake Lively:
Were you at the Beacon Theatre on Wednesday for I'm Not There: In Concert, the live celebration of Todd Haynes' Bob Dylan movie?
(Check out this behind-the-scenes "MSG, NY" video from rehearsals)
We didn't make it to the Beacon last night, but thanks to some serious blog coverage, we feel like we were right there — where Dylan wasn't, but where his music was, in the very capable hands of My Morning Jacket, Calexico, The Roots, Yo La Tengo, J Mascis, John Doe and many others.
Stereogum has a setlist and a ton of photos from the event, but they aren't the only ones: Billboard, Gothamist, Pitchfork and NME all have wall-to-wall coverage of the big show.
"When the Ship Comes In" (Marcus Carl Franklin) "Billy 1" (Calexico)
"Goin' To Acapulco" (Jim James and Calexico)
"Señor (Tales of Yankee Power)" (Joe Henry with Calexico)

Your beautiful, pure powerful music brought me to tears this evening at the performance in NYC. Thank you for sharing your gift and especially for being who you are. — angel of the waters
Last night was amazing, there is NO ONE IN THE WORLD with a voice like yours, NO ONE. You sound 100% AS GOOD if not better live. You are one of a kind - Loved everything about last night.
Thank You so much and come back to NYC soon please. Love, AK
There is no musical healer in the world who compares to Sinead O'Connor. Thank you Sinead for tonight's show. I took particular delight in your renditions of "What Doesn't Belong to Me" (that song's better than psychotherapy) and "Rivers of Babylon." To me you are living evidence that there is a God... a living God. — Ben
Just returned from your gig in NYC. What can I say! It was a mind blowing performance. You and the band sounded better than ever. I can't believe how the new songs off Theology sound much better live. The setlist was very diverse - most albums were represented. Thank you for an amazing night and come back soon :) — Tristâme
Beacon Theatre, New York, last night. It was PERFECT in every way. "Black Boys on Mopeds" is still so utterly relevant today. Thanks Sinead. — briaboy

"NYC!! New Yorkers: Be afraid. Be veeeery afraid!"
So reads the note on Bruce Springsteen's setlist from last night's show (see the handwritten lineup right here). But the Springsteen faithful weren't scared on Wednesday night, they were pumped. Meet the fans who came out in force to welcome Bruce back:
And NYC wasn't spared, with Bruce ribbing the audience about the real home of Lady Liberty, the Jets and Giants and even Mr. "New York, New York" himself, Frank Sinatra.
Even with his good-natured digs, there's something about what Bruce
brings to the Garden — it never feels quite as full as the nights when
The Boss is on stage. It isn't just the magnitude of the crowd — many
non-Springsteen MSG shows sell out — it's the audience's energy. It's
the power coming from the stage. It's a moment and a movement and
something you have to experience for yourself.
Did you miss last night's show? Here's what they played:
"Radio Nowhere"
"The Ties That Bind"
"Lonesome Day"
"Gypsy Biker"

La Kalle's Block Party — featuring Daddy Yankee, Calle 13 and Tego Calderón — took over the Garden Wednesday night while Bloc Party rocked the WaMu Theater at MSG. Two Bloc[k] Party events on one night in the same space — what are the chances?
And how are they going to be sure concertgoers head to the right venue? (After all, "I'm here for Bloc Party" sounds exactly like "I'm here for Block Party") — That's what I was wondering when I passed the crowd beginning to gather as I left MSG for the day, but it sounds like event staff had it all sorted out, according to our friend at TixGirl.com:
TixGirl: By the way, caught Bloc Party at WaMu last night Alex: Ha, there were two shows called Bloc Party going on
TixGirl: I know! Bloc Party talked about it TixGirl: I thought they were joking at first
TixGirl: The guy directing traffic out front was like, "Reggaetón to your right, pasty British band to your left."
TixGirl: If only he knew how decidedly un-pasty Kele Okereke is!
Alex: LOL, just in case you had a change of heart or realized you may have been in the wrong part of town suddenly
TixGirl: Right ... "I thought this was dance rock? How come he's singing in Spanish?"
The strange Block Party coincidence wasn't lost on Bloc Party frontman Kele Okereke, who asked the crowd, "Is that what you call a 'New York moment'?"
Indeed it is, Kele. And here's another, Bloc Party performing "Helicopter" during last night's encore. (Thanks, TixGirl!)
